How is B.A LL.B at Chandigarh University better then B.A LL.B at PU?

BA LLB used to be the best course offered by PU but it was a few years back. Now, the scenario has changed that it is failing to meet the standards of the outer world. So, Chandigarh University would be a bit better option.
