How is BE in computer science and engineering? What is the difference between BE and B.Tech CSE?

There is no difference between BE & BTech CSE. It is a nomenclature difference.

Do not go by nomenclature. You should chose right institute for doing BTech/ BE CSE. Parameters to select college are as follows: Brand Image of Institute, Faculty, Facilities, Placement record, Alumni Network, ranking of institute etc

In some states like M.P. you will get a BE degree which mainly concentrates on theoretical knowledge. Otherwise in many other states like U.P. Punjab Rajasthan etc. you will get a B.tech degree which comprises of both theoretical as well as practical knowledge. But overall there is really no differ
