Hi, the highest package (PPO) offered during IIT Guwahati placements in 2023 stood at INR 1.2 crore per annum. Other than this, the average package offered during IIT Guwahati B.Tech CSE placements 2023 stood at INR 41 LPA. Earlier, IIT Guwahati placements 2022 concluded recently with an overall 74.09% placement rate.

IIT Guwahati offers master's and doctoral-level biotechnology courses. At the undergraduate level, you can pursue the B.Tech. In Biosciences and Bioengineering. It is well-known for its M.Tech. In Biotechnology and Ph.D. in Biotechnology programs. You must pass the GATE entrance exam and receive a grade of 60% in B.Tech in order to pursue master's programs at IIT G. BT (Biotechnology) has negligible placement in their field. BT has very less scope in India, but it is considered as the most powerful branch in Western Countries. So, if you are taking BT as your field in IITG, then do it.
