IIT BHU is situated inside a 1300-acre beautiful campus of Banaras Hindu University and has a wide range of academic disciplines. The opportunity exists for students to explore both their intellectual and social selves. Three major festivals—technical (Technex), cultural (Kashiyatra), and sports (Spardha)—are held annually at IIT BHU. There are various clubs and councils that students can join to help them explore their artistic side.
