How is campus placement for freshers? Is there discrimination on campus between those who have work ex and those who don't ?

There is no much differentiation between a fresher and a workex. There are few companies like Deloitte who ask for 0-2 years experience. Few companies give priority to freshers while one or two other companies ask for work ex students.

Discrimination between freshers and those with work ex depends on the company. It is solely the company's preference. College does not discriminate.
