The CGPA is the cumulative grade point average which, in real terms, represents a total of all your credit points. This system is helpful for evaluating student's overall performance in the classroom. For the CGPA system, grades shall be assigned according to a special category of marks. For instance, 90-95 marks bracket is allotted to grade A. To calculate CGPA, the grades are combined, with the rest of your subjects you have taken in that semester divided up.In simple words
CGPA= Sum of all the marks obtained/ Total number of credit hours.
