a year agoCGPA is calculated at ICFAI Business School Bangalore by dividing the sum of the grade points obtained in all courses by the total number of credits for all courses i.e.
CGPA = Sum of Grade Points Obtained/ Total Sum of Maximum Grade Points.
The grade point is calculated by multiplying the grade obtained in each course by the credit value of the course.
Whereas credits are subject based for example 3,5,2, etc. for different subjects.
And grade is calculated using marks bracket
Grade marks Grade points A+ 95-100 10 A 90-94 9 B+ 85-89 8 B 80-84 7 C+ 75-79 6 C 70-74 5 D 60-69 4 E 0-59 0
