CGPA is calculated at ICFAI Business School Bangalore by dividing the sum of the grade points obtained in all courses by the total number of credits for all courses i.e.

CGPA = Sum of Grade Points Obtained/ Total Sum of Maximum Grade Points.

The grade point is calculated by multiplying the grade obtained in each course by the credit value of the course.

Whereas credits are subject based for example 3,5,2, etc. for different subjects.

And grade is calculated using marks bracket

    GrademarksGrade points
    A+95-10010
    A90-949
    B+85-898
    B80-847
    C+75-796
    C70-745
    D60-694
    E0-590
