    *The cumulative grade point average (CGPA) is computed by dividing the total grade point and credit point for all courses by the total credit point for all courses.

    *The grade earned in each course is multiplied by the credit point allotted to that course to determine the grade point for each course.

    For the cumulative grade point average (CGPA) following formula is used: Where Si = Sum of credits in ith semester, (SGPA) =Semester Grade Point Average earned in ith semester rand r = number of semesters and the sum is over all the semesters under consideration.
