    CGPA stands for Cumulative Grade Point Average. It is usually used to measure the overall academic performance of a student.

    In the CGPA system, the marks are divided into specific marks bracket depending on which grades are allocated. For instance: [80-85] marks bracket is assigned as B Grade. It means that sum of marks is divided by the total subjects that you took over the semester.

    CGPA= Sum of all the marks obtained/ Total number of credit hours.
