How is CGPA calculated in B. S. Abdur Rahman Crescent Institute of Science and Technology?

<p>Actually it's a confusing process but I will try to answer at my best.</p><p>First you need to get a certain score in both internal exams which is combined with your end semester examination and sgpa is calculated.</p><p>The ratio is 40 marks obtained in internal exams + 60 marks obtained in end semester examination.</p><p>If you fail in internal exam with a single digit number then you cannot pass the subject even if you have a 90+ score in the end semester examinations.</p><p>The GPA you get after completing every semester is SGPA, and then after completing all the 8 semesters the average of 8 SGPA is taken and the final CGPA is calculated from the SGPA's that you have taken.</p><p>So you must put all your efforts in all your semesters to get a good CGPA after completion of your degree.</p>
