CGPA is calculated with combing all the exams average which has been conducted during the time period of a semester and the marks will thus be awarded on that basis.

CGPA is calculated on combining the unit exam as final exam mark dividing it with the total marks that anyone can obtain. Also, internal marks also matter for increasing in CGPA.
