How is CGPA calculated in IIHM Bangalore?

At International Institute of hotel managemnet, Bangalore, the Cumulative grade point average (CGPA) is being calculated using a process defined in it's ordinance. In this process they have allotted certain credit scores for a particular paper. The cumulative grade point average is being calculated by adding the marks obtained by the students in each & of the core paper and then that total score is being divided by the "n" (total number of subjects) & by doing so we get the aggregate percentage afterwards, they convert that percentage score in the CGPA format.
