How is CGPA calculated in IIM, Sirmaur?

    At IIM Sirmaur, students are not marked in CGPA instead they are marked with grades like A, B, C, D etc. Each grade has three levels of marking, for example we do not only have A but we have A+, A and A- to grade the students with. This pattern is followed for A, B, C and D and apart from them we have one more grade for Fail which is F. All the students are marked whithin this criteria with A+ being the highest and D- being the lowest and F for those who fails
