How is CGPA calculated in The LNM Institute of Information Technology, Jaipur?

<p>The evaluation of students, in any course, is a continuous process. Normally, the performance of&nbsp;students in the mid-term examination (s), end-term examination, quizzes/short tests, tutorials,&nbsp;assignments, laboratory work and attendance is used to award the letter grade at the end of the&nbsp;semester. The relative performance of students is considered while awarding the letter grades.&nbsp;</p><p>The CGPA of a student is a numerical indicator of his/her academic performance in all the&nbsp;courses that he/she has registered up to and including the last completed semester. The&nbsp;computation of CGPA is similar to that of SGPA. Thus, Where the summation, now, is over all the courses that the student has registered till the&nbsp;completion of the last semester.&nbsp;Whenever a student is permitted to repeat or substitute a course, only the new grade is used in&nbsp;the computation of CGPA (the original grade is ignored).</p>
