Every university has pros and cons, it depends upon what you are seeing. I think there are no cons, there are only pros. Chandigarh University for CSE only has pros, I don't think so there are any cons. The university has received rankings in NIRF and QS Asia. The engineering department offers different courses like CSE and CSE with specializations. From the 4th semester, students can choose elective subjects like Art
