    Hi,
    NIT-Rourkela has been ranked at 12th position by NIRF rankings. Chemical Engineering is very good academic wise in NIT Rourkela. Chemical Engineering is one of the oldest branches of NIT Rourkela. It has some of the best faculty members and infrastructure on campus. The department recently underwent a massive renovation and up-gradation providing it with infrastructure and logistics at par with international establishments. Placements are similar to other branches of NIT Rourkela.     It is one of the best branch of NIT Rourkela where you will have a quite good future scope in your own department as well as other fields too. This branch is having some of the good faculty members, nice laboratories, nice classrooms and many more. If you are laborious then it's a nice department for you to choose but if you aren't then still it's good for you.
