How is College of Engineering, Roorkee for pursuing B.Tech?

I have scored 74.2 percent marks in class 12th CBSE board exams, and 45 marks in JEE Mains.

COER is a good option to pursue B.Tech.

You can try for COER. You may get it in the 2nd counselling. It is better than most private colleges of UTU.
