Hi, Both the universities are doing great efforts but LPU's agriculture courses are consistently in high demand. LPU School of Agriculture is one of the best agriculture institutes in Punjab and India. It places a strong emphasis on agricultural and related studies. As per the website of Doon university, It is not curating Agriculture programs, as it is not ICAR accredited. As far as LPU is concerned, it provides exposure to the industry, efficient and knowledgeable faculty, flexible curriculum and teaching pedagogues, Placements, Scholarships, infrastructure, and diverse culture make LPU incomparable. Yes, LPU conducted LPUNEST entrance test for its various programmes. However, it depends upon in which stream you want to take admission. For many UG/PG programmes such as btech, B.Sc agriculture, law, management etc. test is mandatory for both admission and scholarship purpose. For some other courses such as computer application, BBA, hotel management, Bsc IT, commerce, arts etc. test is only for scholarship purpose .
