How is electronics engineering at DJ Sanghavi in terms of placement?

If by placements you mean placement in a core company, it is tough. There are a very few students who actually get a job that involves electronics. The selection is purely based on how good a candidate's concepts are. There are four to five core companies that visit the campus and hire anywhere between 15 students each. On the other hand, if you're open to any kind of job, IT companies and several other marketing companies visit the campus throughout the final year. Getting a job in these companies is very easy, provided that your GPA is not extremely low. Mass recruiters like TCS and Infosys have hired about 150200 students from DJ Sanghvi every year, irrespective of their field of study. Getting placed is easy, getting placed at good companies requires you to be highly efficient in all aspects.

Elex has got really good placements with an average salary ranging from 3-5 lacs per annum to the highest salary going to around 10 lacs.

D. J. Sanghvi is well known for its placements and you will get all the records of previous years placements on the college's website.
