Firstly, if I talk about the faculty, mostly are from IIMs and have more than 30 years of experience in corporate. Also, the finance faculty members are from IIMs and teach by sharing their personal experience and giving real-life examples. The study prospects is almost same as is of IIM Ahmedabad. So it is up to you how much efforts you will put to get maximum benefits of good faculty and study material. Now let me clear that in tier 2 type colleges like Fostiima mostly companies are come for marketing profile. FOSTIIMA is a decent college for marketing specially. But those people who are interested in finance, special care is provided to them also. By solving the case study and doubt clearing sessions, faculty members try to build up the basic knowledge of the students on a particular subject.
