No doubt Gautam Buddha University is a good university. Basically, placement depends upon the qualities and the overall performance throughout your education. But some of the top ranking colleges have good placement.

Not very good but you will placed if your academics for four years inside the university is excellent.
You have to be very much careful while choosing your college.
