Dear Md. Numan Anwer, All Engineering colleges in India are Affiliated to VTU (VIsvesvaraya Technological University) and Approved by AICTE. Standard of the Academic will be almost same. But I recommend you to visit the colleges personally and see the facilities, infrastructure and staff availabi
