GIBS is a autonomous institution that provides BBA and PGDM programmes. Its infrastructure and services are well-developed, with hostels, a library, a caf, a gym, and sports facilities, among other things. It has quickly accumulated a number of ranks and awards. In GIBS, 80% of students got placed in reputed companies. The average package was around 4.5 Lacs per annum. All the MNCs have recruited most of the students. 100% of students got an internship according to the course and top roles in HR marketing finance are offered. Infrastructure: It has nice facilities in the college with good infrastructure and they provide library and gym yoga and indoor games like table tennis and good classrooms that are neat and clean. They provide nice facilities in the hostel too, provide quality food and clean rooms.

Due to the fact that opportunities have grown in the last four to five years, MBA equivalent to PGDM programmes are becoming increasingly popular today. GIBS offers PGDM which is equivalent to MBA, The PGDM Programme gives high employment opportunities for the students and equal orientation to both theory and practical concepts. College in coordination organizes management-related, cultural, and sports events all around the year. There are a lot of companies that flock to live projects. The average salary package offered Rs 6.30 LPA, The median salary stood at Rs 4.2 LPA.
