How is Graphic Era Hill University for B.Sc in IT in terms of placement?

Graphic Era institution is a big name and is known to offer best placements across North India. Every year companies like Amazon, TCS, Adobe recruits a large number of students. A university can offer good placements to students but grabbing the opportunity is in an individuals will as to how one presents himself. Because of the use of information technology in all most all fields today, the IT sector has seen a tremendous growth in the past few years. A few job types available for students are: Application Programmer, Computer Information Specialist, Computer Support Specialist, Database Administrator, Enterprise Information Officer, Information Systems Manager, Maintenance Engineer, System Administrator, System Analyst, Hardware and Network Expert, Graphic Designer, System Designer, Cybersecurity experts, Web Designer, Project Manager. Senior Technical Consultant, Hardware Engineer, Software Consultant, Software Application Architect etc. Gehu does offer good placement opportunities and makes one capable to apply for job even outside the campus as per their skillsets.

I would suggest you to do B.Sc. IT from graphic era university either from deemed group or from hill group both the college are in Dehradun only and both provide excellent placements. Many reputated companies like infosys, wipro, tech mahindra, TB do visit campus for placements for this course. And moreover BCA and B.Sc. IT course are the two different name for same course as syllabus is almost the same and the company who visit campus are also same.

Hi, Firstly it depends on the location and area you are looking for. For instance if you are looking in northern India. I would suggest you universities(Private off course) likeGraphic Era Dehradun , DIT University Dehradun , AMITY Noida.See B.Sc I.T. is a U.G. course for those who are willing to do a their graduation in IT field and it very quite similar to the BCA. Some of these universities offer BCA for the students applying for B.Sc I.T. now come to placement You will surely get placed if you have good communication skills . But rare chance of getting placed in good companies. Mostly, BPO/KPO/Support base companies will come.
