    Hi Vijit,
GJU i.e. Guru Jambeshwar University is a UGC approved University and offers recognized and accredite courses. You can definitely consider to pursue MBA in regular mode from this University, however distance education and regular are two different mode of education. If you belong to the same state/city as that of the University, that shall be a regular education but if you are residing in other part of the country and accessing this education, this shall be called a distance education.
Other than this, there are several other MBA institutes that you can refer as well:

Hi Vijit, as per your query, I would say that as Shiksha believes in unbiased guidance so it would be purely unfair if I give my personal suggestion regarding any specific institute. But, to guide you I would say that you may opt for distance learning courses if you do not wish to leave your city for regular ones. I am sending you link of institute for your help, please go through it.

I always keep on reiterating, that you have to do your MBA, from the top 100 B Schools, in India for your degree to be valued. There are close to 1500 B Schools in India and everyone lays the claim, of being one of the best. You should look at giving your CAT exam in November 2012, and ensure that you score at least 90 percentile, to have a realistic chance of making it o the top 50 B Schools, in India.
