How is home state predicition correct here?If i have AIR 45000 and h.state 5000,will i get admission with home state rank?nit kerala cse obc

As from the predictor it was predicted that i would get admission at nit calicut with my home state rank since air is 45000aprox.But i learnt from csab site that the listed cut offs are air's and not homestate ranks.Then how does your predictor works?please find me a solution or else my future hangs
