How is hostel fee charged for the candidates who join in the middle of the session at Jamia Hamdard?

At Jamia Hamdard, the hostel fee is charged for the whole academic year. In case, the student is allotted the hostel in middle of the session, the hostel charges is then calculated on quarterly basis as mentioned below:
First quarter: July 1 to September 30
Second quarter: October 1 to December 31
Third quarter: January 1 to March 31
Fourth Quarter: April 1 to June 30
