How is hostel life at Lovely Professional University?

In one campus, Approximately 20,000 students are housed solely in the campus hostels and residences. The campus is completely free of any dangers, and there is no ragging resistance. The facility includes all of the amenities that we would expect at home. Single beds, separate study tables, separate almirahs, attached washrooms with geyser inside, air conditioning or cooling as desired South Indian, Northern, Eastern, Haryanvi, North Eastern, and Gujrati meal plans are available, as well as 24-hour CCTV surveillance. Cameras are installed both inside and outside hostels. Reinforced power, Wi-Fi in each building, University Hospital with ambulance service available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week Study rooms, elevators, a retail chain, and a parking garage are all available. Inside hostels, there are gardens. I still remember the peaceful evenings spent in the hostel gardens, as well as the lifelong memories I made there. They even have an indoor stadium with Olympic-sized pools, shooting ranges, 6-7 squash courts, over 17 badminton courts, volleyball, and COMBATIVE activities. All the best.

I am also a hostler in LPU and it is my first ever experience of living in a hostel but I must say I love my hostel life. Life in hostels here is so easy and happy. You are completely secured and safe inside the hostels. From room to furniture every thing is good here. The LPU hostels are well Constructed and have great infrastructure available. The Conditions of the Rooms, Mess, Washrooms and Canteens are all well managed. There is a special grievance option available on the University Management System regarding the residential facilities and the problems are solved instantly. Inside the hostels there are all things available for basic requirements whether is eatery shop or saloon. Hope it helps. !

The ho gives lot of facilities to the resident scholars. LPU has the most comfortable residential and first of its kind. Above all there is round-the-clock vigil through security cameras and there is a huge army of security personnel deployed all over the university. The hostel includes the services like Wi-Fi, Departmental Stores, Attached Washroom, Laundry Service, Mess Facility, Hospital Facility, ATM, gymnasiums, bowling alleys, restaurants, playgrounds, nonveg mess, etc. LPU has a hostel from 1 seater to 6 Seater including the AC and Non AC. To maintain cleanliness, rooms are cleaned about 23 times per week. The hostel has North Indian, South Indian, Rajasthan and many other Regional messes. A student can choose the food as per his or her taste. The quality of food is good. Parathas, Butter, Curd, Milk, Tea is served at breakfast. In lunch Dry Vegetables, Dal, any Gravy item, Rice, Chapati and Raita are served. The dinner Chapati, Seasonal Vegetables, Rice and Desserts. The campus is ragging-free, drug-free and tobacco-free. If someone has a problem in connection with the residential facilities room, one can lodge a complaint. The hostel management looks into the matter and resolves it at the earliest. Apart from that there ar 24 Hrs. Electricity backup Water Supply, and services available There are female security guards who look after the security of the girls' hostel. The campus is ragging-free, tobacco-free, and drug-free so there is no need to fear. The Girls who want to study in the Central library at night are allotted 2 hrs. Of time and are accompanied by guards to the library and back from the library to their respective hostels. Resident girl students are not allowed to go outside the university at any given point in time. They have to seek permission from the university and the university informs their parents about their leaves and moves. No one can breach the security of the hostel as neither are the boys allowed to enter the girls' hostel nor the walls of the hostel can be climbed as they are very high. Girls are not allowed to roam around the hostel till late at night. No outsiders are allowed. Even the parents have to get a GATE pass to enter the university premises. Strict disciplinary actions are taken against those who indulge in indiscipline. This does give a feeling of prison as the students say in JEST but it's for their safety. This is the reason why we don't come across any untoward incidents. Ty of Girls.

LPU is the largest single-campus university in India. It also provides the largest residential facility in the Northern part of India. In that, a separate residential facility for boys and girls to suit every pocket like 1/2/3/4 seater with attached washroom or dormitories. Rooms are with a B.Ed study table, chair, almirahs, desert cooler, and geyser. LPU also offers Apartments of 1/2/3/4 rooms with kitchen, AC rooms, attached washroom with geyser, wooden box B.Ed with mattress, wooden cupboards, study table, chair, curtains, and permission for using electrical gadgets per the norms for the apartments given by LPU. Laundry facilities (Optional): LPU provide laundry services. Optional Meal Plan: All residential facility units have independent messes to provide good quality, hygienic, nutritious Standard Meal served four times a day. Categories I. e. South Indian, North Indian. Safety and Security: Automated Turnstile Gates with biometric machines regulate entry to residential block. General Facilities : 24 hrs power supply at university campus. 50+ATMs of 6 nationalized banks and Post Office Study room, TV room, Saloon, Photocopy Machines, Departmental store for daily needs, Cafeteria, Wending Machine (soft drinks), Lifts and Parking facility. University-Mall- various shops, banks, food-courts.

LPU Grounds is a finished world in itself, having 30,000+ students, including around 2000 International students from 39 countries, and 4500+ faculty/staff. It is indeed a very lush green campus with all the facilities of the city - in one campus! Tentatively 20,000 students are residing inside the campus hostel and apartments only. The campus is absolutely free from any danger with zero resistance of ragging. The campus incorporates every one of the necessities which we expect at our home. Single beds, separate study tables, separate almirahs, attached washrooms with geyser inside, AC or Cooler as selected, Mess facility with south India, Northern, eastern, harayanvi, North Eastern, Gujrati meal plans, 24 hours CCTV Cameras inside and outside hostels, Power reinforcements, Wi-Fi facility in each block, University Hospital with 24/7 availability of ambulance, Study Rooms, lifts, Retail chain, parking facility, Gardens inside hostels. I still reminisce the calm evenings spent in hostel gardens and the everlasting memories made there. The hostel staff has been so cooperative. There was not even a single day of concern in terms of their security for me and my parents. And how can I forget the University mall with all the necessary stores for purchase of books and stationary, gifts, Electronics, Apparels, Dominos, Dine ins, Bakeries, and of-course a FUNZONE with fun games like Pool, Super bowl etc. They even have an Indoor stadium with facilities like: Olympic level swimming pool, Shooting area, 6-7 Squash courts, around 17 Badminton courts, Volleyball and COMBATIVE games.

Being a student of LPU and that too hostler there, I can tell you briefly hows life there. To be very honest I have had a great experience there. Basically hostel there is a mixture of both the place ie- home+ hostel. You'll always get your food on time and that well cooked and homely and there's a 24/ 7 Wi-Fi facility, 24/7 electricity, and security of top-level. And understanding wardens. And various other things. In LPU's hostel, there is every kind of facility available there, be it a gym, the best quality food in the mess, the warden is very sweet, LPU has also saloons for both boys/girls in the university itself. And grocery shops too. There are various canteens basically it's like living in a city where every kind of facility is available there. It's very comfy and has homely vibes there.

The world's the largest residential capacity is at LPU. In order to properly assure the kids' protection and safety. The university is committed to having zero tolerance for disciplinary misbehaviour, drinking, smoking, using drugs, and ragging. Residential facility access & exit are controlled by biometric turnstile gates. Regarding hostel life and its amenities, LPU has wide range of options and services to offer. LPU delivers convenience right to your door, but they also demand that their rules of behaviour and discipline are followed to the letter. Zero tolerance for ragging or the use of any illicit substances, such as alcohol or narcotics. In the past, when these guidelines weren't followed, harsh measures were taken against the defaulters. Yes. There is little doubt that LPU hostel residents are permitted to leave campus, although under certain restrictions. Guys are permitted to leave campus as needed, but they must come back and check in at the hostel by 8 o'clock. Hostellers (Girls) are not permitted to leave the campus at any time; in order for them to leave, GATE passes must be granted to them with parental consent. Females must check into their designated hostels by 7 o'clock at a set hour. With the written consent of the Warden and Parents, a student will be granted special permission to spend the day or the night away. For a weekend excursion, the student must submit a request on the UMS and obtain the necessary approval from their parents and the warden.

I enjoyed the hostel life at LPU, so I can tell about it very well. Hostel life teaches many good things like teamwork, helpful mindset, sense of unity and sacrifice etc. Hostel life has many advantages. It gives students a sense of responsibility, independence and self-care. LPU hostels have - Girls and boys are offered separate accommodation in different hostels. Students are allocated hostels according to the availability of seats. All hostels have basic services that allow students to stay comfortably away from home. All the hostels also have their dining rooms which provide high quality and hygienic food and every day the food was very tasty and different. Laundry - The campus has its own laundry which takes care of laundry services for all students. Hospital - The University also has an on-campus hospital that serves all medical facilities for students, staff and faculty.

Being Alumni of Lovely Professional University I can assure you that this university is safest for the girls. A few reasons for this blind assurance are-When I first entered LPU I was feeling fascinated by looking at the infrastructure of the Campus and on the other hand I was also feeling very nervous about my life at Campus Hostel but trust me I shouldnt have been because I had an awesome Hostel Life, Made so many friends, created so many memories, learned from many experiences, etc. Safe Transportation Facility for all.Safe Hostels whether we talk of girls or boys.I believe it is safe as there are CCTV cameras everywhere in the University.If girls want to visit the library for studying late at night till 12 am, In that case, a female guard take and drop those girls from their respective hostels to the library.You can get everything inside the campus,Like shopping mall,Parlour,Food stalls,Gym etc. No Ragging:This word actually doesnt exists at LPU. There is a complete secularism in the LPU hostel life as you will find seniors and juniors treated similarly at the Campus and even at the Hostel. So, there is no division among the students as per their academic year like other campus hostels. Students from the various ends of the country/ neighboring countries come and join LPU and lives in the same Hostel without any discrimination. Food/ Mess : Honestly I wont lie about the mess at campus, because I myself took food for the first 6 months at the hostel mess until I explored other good places but there are so many people who actually like mess. If your one of them very good and if not then fab your in my gang so, you dont have to worry at all for the food at LPU because there are like 358+ shops inside the campus providing all varieties of food from continental to south Indian and that too at very mediocre rates. Some days if you dont feel like going out you can even order at Dominoes, go to CCD, Mall, etc Food is not at all a problem at LPU. Girls are not allowed to go outside without leave.If they want to go outside for any purpose like movie,shopping,etc then they need to apply for day outing. permissions from parents is taken to provide them with the gate pass.Outsiders are not allowed to enter in the university premises without having gate pass.A proper timing for the girls to report to their hostels is designed to keep them safe. My experience with LPU is worthy. Teachers administration are very good in this university and they provide quality education for the students also the campus of this university is extremely well flourished and they provide a very good environment for the students. Semesters are taken accordingly and they are done with extreme strictness. Getting bored is not an option at LPU because youll be busy with your classes for more than half of the day and other time with habits and passion if your a passion follower and If not youll become one before you leave LPU. Here youll find many like that! After getting free from all this then youll barely have sometime with your hostel mates or roommates but still they will always remain an integral part of your life. You will get each and every facility inside the campus like Study room, TV room, Saloon, Photocopy Machines, Departmental store for daily needs, Cafeteria, vending Machine (soft drinks), Lifts and Parking facility,so why to move out,Indoor and outdoor facility. I have learnt a lot during my days, youll too but never let it ruin your true self. There will be times when situation will demand a change, go with your own decision(right or wrong) and never ever listen to the crowd because theyll always try to make you part of them which you arent born to be! \Overall experience with LPU has been rewarding, there is no certain rules and regulations for girls. The hostel rooms are safe, secure, well lit, properly ventilated and a high speed wi-fi is always there. The washrooms are also properly cleaned, and hygenic. The food quality is good and authentic. So it is a great place to be.I think This answer will help you to clear your doubts.
