HR is good for anyone Surya who has a good expression good communicative ability (both verbal and non-verbal), and and an insight to judge the capabilities in other persons. One can also develop these traits while studying HR if the interests are focused on these aspects.

Any Domain which you want to go ahead in, needs knowledge and skills. Gender has no roll in that.
Now you see Females are Joining every field and marking their Presence by Good Results.

There is nothing like that. Each and everyone has the right to choose any of the subjects or specialization in any of the fields. Education is not gender biased. You can go for it.
