HR is good for anyone Surya who has a good expression good communicative ability (both verbal and non-verbal), and and an insight to judge the capabilities in other persons. One can also develop these traits while studying HR if the interests are focused on these aspects.

Any Domain which you want to go ahead in, needs knowledge and skills. Gender has no roll in that.
Now you see Females are Joining every field and marking their Presence by Good Results.
So Understand Policies of Labour Laws, Understand the Motivational factors of Employees, Read about Psychology of Employees, Get good Communication Skills and try to enable the Skills of Trainer, Then You can be a Good HR.
if you have passon to be a HR, You will be. Else you have Thousands Excuses.

    Hi Surya,
There is nothing like that. Each and everyone has the right to choose any of the subjects or specialization in any of the fields. Education is not gender biased. You can go for it.
Hope it helps. Please feel free to revert. Click on the thumbs up or mark it as the best, if you found this useful.
    Wish You Luck!

If you have good communication skills, have a charismatic personality, and are dependable and confident, MBA with HR specialisation can help you launch a career in human resource development, industrial relations, and personnel management. HR is not only about common-sense. You have to have specific skills and aptitude for the job. HR personnel are the first points of interaction between a company and its employees and an efficient Human Resources department plays a critical role in keeping business operations smooth and effective.
