Hi,
While selecting an institute, you need to check the chief point that is recognition. You also need to check whether the institute has it's own publication house and connoisseur faculty. Along with this, you may check other factors such as batch size, syllabus, fees, placements etc.

Ashok, Like most of the people, I could tell you that XYZ is one of the best and go read online about it. I could tell you to search the youtube for 'best animation faculty' or 'best animation institute'. However these are only some of the methods of shortlisting. There is no such authentic one list
