Dear Supratik., IEM is one of the better Colleges in kolkata and does have a good placement record Just for your knowledge apart from MBA there are other Post Graduation Courses (Job Oriented) as well which are taken up by students and students are getting guaranteed salary packages in the range of 4 -6 Lacs. Some of these courses are Hospitality, International Hotel Management, Healthcare, Event Management, Public Relations and Corporate Administration. So while you are looking for a MBA course which is of 2 years duration, you can also go for these 1 year post graduation courses. Advantages: Course fee is less and duration is also 1 year as compared to MBA Student can earn back upto 50% of their fees. 6 Months of industry exposure Guaranteed salary packages which are at par with MBA institutes.
