How is IIIT-Sonepat for IT?

The academic session of IIIT Sonepat started from its temporary campus at National Institute of Technology, Kurukshetra from last year Advantages You get NIT Kurukshetra at a much lower rank and get taught by their faculty. This year It started at 9k and closed at 20k for CS, other branches (IT, ECE) closed at 25k for General Category. There are only 30 seats in each branch, so no need to worry about placements. As there are only 14 seats for general category, I expect the closing rank of CS this year to be at about 12k for general category as you cannot get CS branch at that rank at any good college you should probably opt for this one You get the same treatment from all the other students as NIT students, nothing is biased. IIIT Sonepat recently was announced to be an Institute of National Importance, like NIT Kurukshetra. No state quota Benefits of NIT Kurukshetra (Obviously).
