How is IILM graduate school of Management, Greater Noida? How are the placements?

IILM is offering Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) programme at the Greater Noida campus. This programme is approved by AICTE, AIU and accredited by NBA & NAAC A. IILM Greater Noida gives 97% placements to its students. It has a fully devoted placement team called CDC I. e. , Career Development Cell for placement and summer internship programme as well. IILM has a alumni base of 15000+ students and network with approximately. 330 big companies such as KPMG, Deloitte, Cain's Analytics, Repos Energy, E&Y, Colgate, Asian Paints, ITC, Marico, Cafe coffee Day, Nestle, Amazon, Trident group, Aditya Birla, BlackRock, Oberoi, HIKE, DLF, L&T, Mondelez, Wipro, etc. The average package of IILM is 7.5 Lac per annum. It also provides various training sessions like mock GD & PI personal grooming to its students. Each student is assigned with a mentor from whom they can take one-to-one counseling, regarding personal and professional growth. The college also invites industry people and alumni to deliver placement talks. IILM provides 100% placement assistance. Grabbing that opportunity is up to students. After joining the campus we assign each student under mentor I. e faculty, who takes care of the personal and professional development of the student. As a part of placement training, we invite people from the industry to take mock GD/PI. For placement, there is a dedicated placement team called CDC I. e career development cell, which takes care of placement as well as a summer internship. On an average, more than 300 companies do visit for the placement process. For the batch 2019-2021, our placement percentage is 95. IILM try till the last student to get placed. Even in this pandemic, after lockdown, we have successfully placed 23 students. IILM Graduate School of Management is located in the Knowledge Park area of Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh. The institution was established in 1993. The programme which the college provides is the PGDM course. Admissions for the PGDM programme is to be done from the competitive exams like MAT CAT XAT CMAT.
