    IIT, Bhilai was established in 2016, ad it is the 23rd IIT established by the Government of India. The college is situated on a transit campus at Government Engineering College, Raipur, Chhattisgarh. The college offers Undergraduate (BTech), Postgraduate (MTech), and PhD courses in Computer Science and Engineering. All the programs are semester-oriented and follow a credit-based system of education under which the students are required to complete the credit requirements for the course.     The highest salary package offered is 28 LPA, the lowest salary package is 10 LPA, and the average salary package is 16 LPA. Around 50% of students get internships.
