Hello there, I think I can answer your question because I am a student at LPU. Well as per my knowledge and observation, LPU offers you many options and chances for internships, it's all up to us to grab it. Recently my B.Tech friends have been told about the opportunity for a summer internship in many companies and similarly, in my journalism dept, we're also getting opportunities for internships in several media houses. And I think 550+ companies visit every year for internships and placement of students. Also, LPU has its own startup school which was inaugurated by None other than late Shri Arun Jaitley. So basically you don't need

LPU provides ample opportunities to each and every of the eligible students to secure good placement. Apart from that, internships as well as capstone projects are an integral part of curriculum which are very vital for getting placement. A lot of students have successfully started their own ventures as entrepreneurs. The university has its own start up school which promotes start ups in collaboration with startup India programme. University prepares its students for placements through special inputs in the form of placement classes from first year onward, it may be Soft-Skills, G. Dear,
It depends on your choice that if you will get a better company by your own to do an internship then LPU will encourage you to do that internship. And otherwise, if you are not able to find internship then there is the second option that is LPU provided internships in the top reputed companies. They are providing internships in the top companies according to your capabilities.

LPU offers you many options and chances for internships, it's all up to us to grab it. I'm alumni of lpu and from my experience, I can say lpu is the best, it has the best infrastructure and professional faculty is there who are always there for students. The student has both options, they can search for internships on their own or they can go through LPU also.

Hi, I am also a student at LPU currently pursuing B.Tech CSE Hons. There and I have noticed that LPU provides internships to the students with other opportunities attached with them. You just need to prove your potential and keep your grades good to be able to sit in those placement and internship drives. Also, there are PEP classes provided by LPU to nourish and make the student competent enough for the corporates. To provide you an example, let's look at some companies that offer an internship to automobile students at LPU:
Students get internships at Tata Motors Jamshedpur, Century Pulp & paper, Aeolus Aero-Tech Pvt Ltd, Volvo Eicher
