    B.Tech IT is a good branch. Maximum job opportunities for IT engineers are in private sector. There is no cadre for CS and IT professionals in Central & State Governments. You can get job in Government organisations such as NIC, NISG, CDAC etc.

    B.Tech IT is a good branch & there is also a govt jobs option available for it.
    Govt jobs eligibility is only complete your graduation with any stream.So you can apply for various jobs.
