We have world class teaching faculty at SJMSOM. Most of the core faculty have doctorates from prestigious institutions, with many research accolades to their credit. We have excellent and dedicated faculty in all spheres of management. The teachers are always available and ready to help the students through everything. The best part is that the teacher to student ratio is around 1:5. Even the classroom strength are small, leading to greater and inclusive learning for all students. Apart from the core faculty we have many visiting faculties too.

We have good faculty who have done their PHDs from IITs, IIMs and other top management institutions across the world. Our teaching staff are very supportive and their teaching will be mostly interactive and they will help us in understanding the management problems outside the world by discussing case based problems in the class. Apart from the teaching staff, we also have guest lectures from Industry experts and International faculty to gain international exposure. Teaching staff will also help us in solving the live projects and competitions.

We have got the best faculty who have done their Ph.D from reputed colleges. They are experienced and have past experiences in other IITs and iIMs. Since the batch strength is low, faculty to student ratio is best compared to other B schools.
