In this dual specialization course, marketing is compulsory as one specialization. You can choose between finance, HR and operations for the second specialization. -
Dear Ms. Akshaya, HR opportunities are generally limited in the industry when compared to other opportunities in marketing, finance and operations. It is the nature of the industry. In SSN, about 11-15% of the offers are in exclusive HR domain. We do not allow smaller and non-descriptive HR profiles to enter into campus recruitment, our average offers are in the range of Rs 4.5 lakhs.
