The rural management course in XISS offers 100% placements with average package of Rs 4 lakhs per annum. The academic fee is Rs 6 lakhs per annum for two years excluding cost of rural camp, institutional visits, educational tour and hostel charges.

8 years agoRural management is one of the best department of XISS with placement 100%. The average package last year was Rs 5 lakh per annum. Then talking about this year placement the first phase is over and 50% of the students are already placed in organisations like Jubiliant, HCL, TSRDS etc with highest package of Rs 7.2 lakh per annum.
