How is Karnataka PGCET mock allotment round different from real allotment round?

<p>Karnataka Examinations Authority publishes the PGCET mock allotment status before commencement of the first seat allotment round. Candidates are not allotted seat based on the PGCET mock allotment results. However, the actual seat allotment round leads to allocation of seats in Karnataka PGCET participating colleges. Candidates get the facility to change their options after checking the mock allotment status. Mock allotment round is conducted familiarise candidates with the course and college allotted to them based on the ranks.</p>
