How is Kazan State Medical University?

I got admission in Kazan State Medical University, Russia but I'm confused about my future. Do I have to clear MCI to practice medicine in India and also whether i have to appear for USMLE or PLAB to work abroad. Is is good for me? Is this the right step? Please suggest me.
