Firstly, it depends on how you do your B.Tech. Manipal, Jaipur is going to provide all the basic infra required for B.Tech.

Manipal University, Jaipur is a private university and conducts own entrance test for admission in various UG programs. In my opinion, you should keep Manipal at last priority and give your full potential to NITs and State government colleges. The fee structure of Manipal is very high (approx 5-6 lacs per annum) and not suitable for a middle class family. Further placement statistic of Manipal may be very high as they claimed, but ex students reviews are not in favor. So think carefully.
