<p>Firstly, it would be better if you specify the course such as a Diploma or degree and what is it that you are looking to do after the course (Start a botique/Work with a fashion label/etc.)If you want to work at an Fashion Label or Corporate, most recruiters prefer a Niftian to any college, but JD institute is also a well reputed college and comes in the top ten fashion institutes in India.If you primary concern is the quality of studies (what I assume from your question) then I will give you a brief over-view and let you decide whether that is good/bad</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>During my Diploma, I was under the wrong impression the studies wouldn't be too hectic, to my surprise, I found myself struggling to finish assignments and sitting up until wee hours preparing to class. The Diploma tries to give you a feel of every subject and does not teach you too much in dept with a little bit of hands on every subject. In certain subjects like pattern-making and Photoshop, you usually would need a lot more practice, however, the teachers are very helpful and will help you even post class hours if you wish to learn/practice more. The Fashion Show at the end of the course is what most students really look forward to, choose your group wisely at that makes a huge difference in the over-all experience you will get out of it.My knowledge is limited to the course I've taken, I have met friends from the degree batch who gave me a mixed response.
