The National Institute of Technology (NIT) of Mizoram was established in 2010, by act of Parliament. NIT Mizoram spread over 190 acres of land, it is one of the 31 NITs in India and the other top a higher education technical institutes in India. NIT mizoram is located in Aizwal, with a beautiful scenic view. The campus is spread across a land area of 190 acres. Even though it is one of the newly established NITs in 2010, it offers highly qualified faculty, adequate hostel facility and much more. The campus building is yet not permanent but have we'll equipped classrooms and laboratories. The university is well connected through airport and railway station. Although the campus is a bit secluded, but you can surely enjoy the surreal scenic views while you study.
