How is life before and after MBA?

Life after MBA mainly depends on the institute where you are pursuing MBA. Life is not easy after completing MBA from top institute like IIMs ,IITs, FMS. They are grilled by bosses and have to work very hard as they get extremely hefty packages. They don't have to worry about finances as it is been taken care by the company in which they work because the average package of this premier institute is above 10 lakhs per annum and it is excellent to lead a happy life. But very few enjoy their work life because of hectic schedules, stringent timelines of completing projects, grilling from bosses, late night work and very less time for socializing is a concern. On the flip side pursuing MBA from an average institute will not very hectic but you will don't get good job roles and you will feel like switching the organizations once or twice before getting a settled job profile and work-life balance.

The main difference in life of a person before MBA and after MBA, is you learn how to manage time and how to handle pressure in any situation. Because, the curriculum is designed in a way that a person has to always be on his toes and work for most of the time. Also, in MBA it is said, that most learning takes place outside class so, you get a great exposure when you meet different people, various prominent industrialist and learn from their experience. MBA teaches you how to manage work and life, which you will apply when you join organization. So, in total, MBA is a small trailer of what your life is going to be.

Hi, There is a complete change in life after MBA. Before MBA, you were had less knowledge but after MBA you will gain knowledge and would be transformed to be a responsible person. It's just amazing. You are surrounded by hundreds of talented and insanely passionate people 24x7. There's so much you get to learn from them. You get to learn some good things and get to see some bad things as well, but the best part is that you learn to deal with people. These people have a completely different mindset. They don't get satisfied with mediocre work and push you to work even harder. You are given group assignments that you need to do with all kinds of people. This helps in getting you into a routine of working like crazy in different fields and it really helps you in your professional and personal life. The professors at these institutes are experts of their domain with years of experience. Their experience is something that you don't get at normal B-Schools. Also, these institutes get some of the best people and leaders for guest lectures. This, I think is one of the biggest differentiating factors as you get to meet and interact with people who made a difference in different industries. All this and much more changes the way you think, the way you approach challenges, the way you handle people and the way you look at everything. But most importantly, it makes you raise the bar when it comes to making decisions and performing. So, you will learn a lot of things which will provide you a great experience in your professional as well as personal career. All the best for future. Thank you.

Life does not depend on MBA degree. It totally depends on ourselves that how we live our life. It depends on the positive thoughts, creativity and hard work. MBA is a degree and it gives you a better career, good salary, luxurious lifestyle, but the most important thing is that you know, what makes you happy?

After graduation, we want to build career in the field that makes us eager to go for opportunities. During MBA, we learn how to plan, how work on plan, how to make team and work with them in best possible manner. We also learn cooperation, team building, insights, and perception of work. After MBA, we become more professional towards our approach and work in more organized manner. We have responsibilities on our shoulder and we have a team, which are all dependent on each other. So, its wholesome approach toward work in which we will have to look with complete perspective. Work life balance depends on individual work and company he/ she is working in, on what kind of projects he is dealing with. For first two to three years, generally students go for hard and time consuming work. So, to have a competitive edge over other competitors. Be positive and be clear what you want from life. They are grilled by bosses and have to work very hard, as they get extremely hefty package. There are different kinds of jobs, one could take and the pace of life is entirely one's own choice. Your placement depends on the institute, where you are pursuing your MBA and that is the start point of your life and career. It is not necessary, if you clear from a reputed college sustaining in the job is major thing. If, after getting a high package, you are not able to sustain in the job, it won't lead you a good life. It is about changing the perspective of what you want and what you always wanted to be in times to come. They really will make the changes you required in life. But, very few enjoy their work life because of hectic schedules, stringent timelines of completing projects, late night work and very less time for socializing is a concern.
