How is LM Thapar School of Management? Is it worth doing MBA from there? Does it provide good placements?

LM Thapar School of Management is a reputed college. But, like every other colleges it has it's pros and cons. It is good in terms of infrastructure, teaching, top companies do come here. But placement is okay, like it depends on your talent and hard work. If you can take a drop and write CAT again, then go for it, otherwise you can join this college. Also, read some reviews of this college from Google.
