How is Lovely Professional University for an external or part-time PhD?

Being studied at LPU I would like to say that LPU has a very simple admission process when it comes to Ph.D. For admission to Ph.D. the criteria are 55% aggregates marks in your Masters and you have to qualify interview along with LPU NEST. Also LPU is the only university in India which gives multiple coursework options for Ph.D. (Part time) students like: 1.15-days course work (November/ December 2021) 2. 4-days course work every month (September to December, 2021) 3. Classes on weekends (Saturday & Sunday only August to November, 2021) LPU has the most advanced labs dedicated to research work. Many labs are maintained by Cisco, Cadence. LPU also has a Central Instrumentation Facility which is one of its kind. It has high-end instruments and these instruments and facilities help the faculty members, research scholars, and students to carry out globally competitive research in basic, applied, and medical sciences. The Lab has many instruments like Powder X-ray diffractometer, Differential Scanning Calorimeter, Density Meter, Viscometer, Probe Sonicator, Gas Chromatograph and Mass Spectrometer, and much more. My cousin is doing Ph.D. (part-time) in management from LPU as he is working in Delhi simultaneously. While you are applying for Part-Time Ph.D. you require a NOC from the organisation where you are working. Every part-time scholar is required to mark his/her attendance in the university for at least 2 days in a month (minimum 12 hours/month) by physically visiting the supervisor and meet his/her Ph.D. supervisor to discuss research work.
