How is Lovely professional university for B.Tech CSE.

LPU is the Best place for B.Tech. LPU is Great in teaching, placements, infrastructure or other facilities. It provides specialisation also in Cyber Security, Cloud Computing, Machine Learning, Full Stack Web Development, Big Data, etc. With a great curriculum which is benchmarked with foreign universities. Placements are also good. CSE students got placement in Amazon with a package of 28 LPA. As per the last year record of LPU, the average packages in CSE are from 4 to 10 LPA.

Yes, it is good for CSE. Outof all streams in Lpu CSE has more placements in lpu. The placements what they were showing in ads is not real. They are claiming Lpu students has got placed in multinational companies Google's, Yahoo, Microsoft. The fact is that till now Google, Microsoft, Yahoo didn't even visit lpu for placements they are just faking the figures students got jobs on their own. They just graduated from Lpu and qualified GATE and completed Masters from IIT, and after working for years they got placed in top companies. Lpu has 0% credit in their success. Lpu keeps boosting these for years for attracting students. And mostly startup companies do visit lpu for placements and some good companies too. Few companies come to lpu with hefty packages around 8lakhs, but they will select students in single digits. Last year VMware offered 8lakh packages but their requirement is only 4 for students. Most of the students will get placed around 2u20134 lacks packages. But the thing is that their is huge strength for CSE, present year only 1st has more than 100 sections. It has been increasing year by year. Previous batches have less strength when compared to now, so number of students placed percentage were high but in coming years this scenario will change due to heavy competition. Not everyone will be placed in a core company, but you will be placed companies in other field. At least it will help you in getting work experience. It will be very difficult to get job on your own so, work hard in college days itself. Have some coding skills c, c+, Java, it will help you in getting job. And increase your communication skills. Lpu provides you ample opportunities in developing personality. The fees is also affordable in Lpu they won't charge any donation fee in lpu. When teaching is taken into consideration, I have few friends and seniors from CSE, as far I listened teachers were not upto mark not all teachers their are also few teachers who were good at teaching. It all depends on the faculty you got. And students passing from Lpu has technical knowledge less but their are also students who excelled in academics placed in good companies. It all depends on how you use the opportunities. Overall I can say CSE (only) good in lpu to the fee and packages it is offering.

Hi. Yes. LPU has very good reviews when it comes to engineering. It is considered to be one of the best private university. LPU had an overall rank 125 in the year 2019. The fee per semester is 1 Lacs.

Best in the Northern region. Placements are awesome. I too got recently placed in the 3rd year of my B.Tech CSE as an intern in a good company. I highly suggest taking admission in LPU. Good luck.
