LPU is a Private deemed University. B.Tech From LPU Cost around more than 2 lakhs per Annum and Complete B.Tech Cost you more than 8 lakhs. if you are Getting any Government College then go for it. else First try for Private colleges Which are Affiliated to Government Colleges then try for LPU.
