LPU is one of the top-ranking universities of India and the world. The campus of over 1200 acres - That's really not an interest to a student. What'll she/he be doing of such a vast area. You'll only be having a particular block for your academics. Eight hostels for boys and Six for girls - Your gonna need a place to stay so hopefully there's more than enough space to accommodate you. That's a plus point. Security measures for girls - If you are a girl and decide to reside in a hostel. Then you'll have to mark your attendance daily in the hostel to the floor warden and be in the hostel within the entry timings. 6:00-6:30 is winter's timing and in summers up to 07:30 probably. So if you don't enter into hostel till that time. You are gonna have to face the warden for an explanation and maybe a call to your parents. That's a bit harsh. While girls may not like this but I'm sure their parents would surely do. But if you wanna live freely. There are plenty of PGs near the University. Now decide what's best for you. But you'll be super safe inside the hostels than in PGs that's for sure. You can go to the library from 08:00 PM to 12:00 AM. But will be accompanied by a guard from your hostel to the library. More than 200 courses are offered to range from Diploma to PG - You are probably going to find the best course for you among these. That's for sure. Another plus point. Placement - Yes. Students do get placed from the university and a lot of drives are conducted from various companies. No doubt most of the drives are CSE/IT-based. Companies with decent packages come in. You'll have to compete with everyone to grab the opportunity but itll be worth it. Tons of events - May it be Cultural, Sports, or Academic. There are numerous events held on the University campus itself. If you like to dance/sing/act then you'll have numerous cultural events, You get a handful of opportunities if you are a sports guy. Let it be football, cricket, basketball anything. You'll get many-many tournaments in every case. If you're a computer geek, you like coding and all that technological stuff. You are gonna have a great ride.

Always choose the institute that along with good education provides you a platform to improve your ideas and provide an stage to bring your innovative ideas into practice. As far as these colleges are concern, both are good but I would prefer Lovely Professional University. LPU is much better than any other University. It is a UGC recognised and a renowned University and is considered as one among top 5 universities of the country because of its quality education and unbeatable placements, immense on course exposures and a beautiful 600 acres campus to live in with the latest facilities.

I believe LPU is one of the best universities so far. Now you would be pondering why I am saying like that. Because I have studied from LPU itself and as a proud Alumni I can say that: There are certain highlights which I want to share : 1. Accreditation: As LPU got accreditation from Accreditation Council of Business Schools and Programs, USA (ACBSP). Not only LPU is highly accredited but also it is having numerous international tie ups for instance university of North Alabama, Livingstone College etc. 2. Size: LPU is spread over 600 acres campus consisting of 3000+students and 3500+ faculty members and staff. Students are taking the admissions not from all over India but across the borders as well which make me feel that I am in a foreign land. 3. Ranking: LPU has following ranking: 1. Impact rankings 2021 2. National Employability Award 2020 by Aspiring Minds 3. Outlook has ranked LPU as 5th among top 50 universities 4. Knowledge Review rated LPU as 10 th among Best training and Placement Institute Infrastructure: LPU in itself a town as all the amenities a student could found at one place there is no need to move out of the campus. From Central Library to Hospital, Bank, ATMs, JIM facility, swimming pool. A student could enjoy his or her life in the best way. 5. Placements: LPU is having outstanding Placements record for the students. Every university is doing good for his students for their best career. There are certain parameters such as placements, infrastructure, faculty level, environment, growth etc. To be considered while selection of institute for pursuing education. It a big question in the mind of a student as well as parents that what will the offers and placement scenario of educational institute when the student will be about to complete the course. LPU is a well renowned private university in India with 30K+ students all across the world and with 4000 experienced faculty members and staff members. There are more than 200 programmes to choose and with a great infrastructure. LPU provides all the facilities within the campus itself. LPU has Best Lifestyle and College Life. You will find lot of things to enjoy apart from the education. LPU campus is well planned and advanced in terms of facilities and technologies. LPU is good in all perspectives whether it is teaching, placements, infrastructure or other facilities. You will find the students and staff from about 50 Countries; from Cities, Suburbs, small Towns; from every ethnic & religious background. There is strong system for attendance, education and examination. You have to follow the timetable for your classes and maintain the good percentage in attendance. UMS is the best and main toll actually that is centralized one system for all Academic operations. Almost everything is online in the campus. LPU has around 2300 faculty members in the university. I am a passout from LPU and have profoundly utilised my time here in shaping my personality along with self-analysis. Unlike other universities, rules and regulations are quite strict here. From academics to extra-curricular activities, thorough support is given by our mentors/seniors, professors and management. LPU has a diverse crowd from all over the world. Interaction with such elite and diverse crowd only helps you grow your knowledge regarding their culture, traditions and improve academically. Can honestly say, the best thing is the students accommodation. All the hostels are well built with all facilities and managed security. Campus security is hi-tech along with 5000+ CCTV cameras which are 24*7 monitored by the guards for our safety. There are diverse options from shopping to dining to sweets to coffee shops all facilities are available within the campus. The university has its own 8 storey shopping mall which has every possible store which a student needs for his convenience including CCD, in-house bowling complex, food kiosks, a hospital and many more. Gym and swimming pool option is also available to students. The faculty members are supporting if one is willing to learn. They teach the subjects with their full potential. The college arranges frequent industry visits. Every aspect of the subject is taught with ease. The course curriculum used is updated and gives information on the latest trends in the industry too.
